"I encountered some issues upon check-in; the hotel couldn't find my reservation. After contacting Trip.com, the concierge responded quite promptly, keeping me updated, and resolved the issue quickly. A tip for everyone: always make sure you receive an email with the hotel's confirmation number; the Trip.com confirmation number alone isn't sufficient. Upon entering the room, I found the air conditioning wasn't heating. The hotel quickly sent staff to check it, and when it couldn't be fixed, they proactively moved us to another room. The staff waited outside the new room until we had moved our belongings and then went to the front desk to get new key cards for us. Although the equipment malfunctioned initially, the service was truly excellent. Our room was spacious and clean, and having two sinks in the bathroom was a great convenience. Despite these two minor hiccups, my overall stay was very pleasant. There's a place called Sharp Roasthouse across the street from Building 4 of the hotel, which serves excellent food. The hotel also has a shuttle service; we had a 7 AM flight the next day, and the 5 AM shuttle was very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again if I have an early flight."

"This place is a much older Motel 6 in lovely Bremerton. I chose a smoking room which happened to be on the third floor and walking up those steps covered in the green fake grass that were shaky was not cool. When I got to the room, I walked in and smelled straight cigarettes. The room stopped pretty bad. It took me until the middle of the night to figure out that it was due to the room next-door because there was a door between us. When he finally stopped smoking, the smoke finally went away and when he started again in the morning, it was coming back under the door. I called down and asked to see if I could bemoved and it was not possible. Unless I chose to be in a non-smoking room. But I didn’t realize the smoking would be 24 hours. Plus, the broom was pretty battered, but the bedding was good and so were the pillows. I can’t stand that Motel 6 only gives you soap now. Prices went up 30% and then they’re dropping shampoo and conditioner."

"I stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 days during my Seattle trip. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. It's conveniently located for sightseeing, though walking uphill to some attractions can be a bit tiring. It was great to have water available in the lobby downstairs."

"I was looking for a hotel close to my destination and found this one. I arrived earlier than check-in time, but since my room had already been cleaned, they allowed me to check in early. It was great! The room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and even a bathtub. There was a washer and dryer on the first floor. These could be operated with a card via the app, so even those without cash could use them. They serve delicious water 24 hours a day next to the front desk. They also serve coffee at lunchtime. It's conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Seattle's main tourist attractions. You can walk to chowder shops and the original Starbucks! It was also about a 15-minute bus ride from Seattle Central Bus Station. However, there are many homeless people living around the hotel. The homeless people don't seem to be bad, and I didn't have any particular problems, but I wouldn't call it a safe area. I didn't have any particular issues (I didn't encounter any danger). On the other hand, I felt like there were more people going to restaurants and walking around at night. If I ever stay in Seattle, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. All the front desk staff were very nice."

"Warm-style hotel, friendly staff, coffee and tea are served in the lobby all day, and Starbucks is also available on the first floor. It takes less than 10 minutes to take a bus from the city, and there are some restaurants and coffee shops around."

"I stayed in several Motel 6 hotels, and this one exceeded my expectations the most. First, it is not far from the city, and there is a big shopping mall within a 5-minute drive. Second, the room is big and the bathroom is clean, which is a bit like a self-operated store instead of a franchised small hotel. Third, the parking lot is big and the front desk is very friendly. If you stay in the summer, you can also swim in the hotel."

"The short pretty girl at the front desk was very good. She answered questions very patiently. The hostel is right next to Pike Place Market, so it's convenient to go anywhere. You can make your own eggs for breakfast. Remember to wash your own dishes and put them in the dishwasher. You can ask the front desk for bath towels. There is free coffee in the lounge area. I took a train trip this time. You can walk to the train station. It's very convenient."

"Being next to the road, some noise is unavoidable. However, the 24/7 airport drop-off service is fantastic, and for pick-ups, you just need to call. Drop-offs run every 30 minutes, on the hour and half-hour, and guests are asked to wait at the front desk 5 minutes prior."

"Very nice hotel, close to major attractions (pike place market, Starbucks, etc), light rail (westlake station to SEA airport), monorail (westlake center to space needle). Great value for the price. If you want to save money, make sure to book 2-3 months in advance. The only problem is that the heater/AC is a bit noisy."

"The hotel is right next to the airport, and the facilities are great. The garden is nice too, and they have a pool and a heated pool. The only downsides were waiting a long time for the shuttle – it was already evening when I arrived, and it was windy and rainy, so waiting outside was quite cold. Also, the room key they gave me didn't work for some reason, and I had to get it replaced twice. However, the front desk did give me a breakfast voucher as compensation. Oh, and the food at the restaurant in the evening was really good!"
